SHOP LOCAL!

Okay, I suppose we all need to buzz in and grab some toilet paper at Walmart , or find something pretty cool at Macy's.  But look what you can do if you just shop around locally?  Consignment shops, thrift shops, flea markets, estate sales, lawn sales, gift shops with hand-crafted items, local facebook groups/pages....you would be amazed at what you can find, and more importantly, what you can create!

Create your own Pottery Barn look with things you have around you!  Here we used an old rusty bed spring, an old wine glass, and some sand, and ta daaaa!  A chic pencil/brush holder!  I think this is one of my new faves!

EEEEEK! My new favorite thing!

Love it, and simple to make.  A hanging light using a minnow trap.  Eeeeeeek!  My new fave!
